International Vladivostok Marathon "Bridges of Vladivostok"

September 22, 2018 in Vladivostok, the annual International Vladivostok Marathon "Bridges of Vladivostok" starts. Traditionally, the race opens the celebration of the "Tiger Day", which is held under the tutelage of the President of the Russian Federation - Vladimir Putin.
International Vladivostok Marathon is the most interesting of the racing events in our city, the Primorsky Territory, the Far Eastern Federal District, with a unique route.
A marathon for professionals and amateurs will take place along the scenic route on Russkii island, bridges - "Russian" and "Golden" with the finish on the Central square of the city, certified by the international association AIMS. For participants, distances of 5, 21 and 42 km are available, as well as 1 km for children and Paralympic athletes.
The race is already well known in Russia, abroad in the APR countries and attracts a large number of foreign participants. In 2017, athletes from 18 countries and 108 cities of Russia took part in the race!
The total prize fund of the marathon is 1 million rubles and will be divided among the winners in different distances. Each participant will receive commemorative medals and gifts from the partners of the event.
